How To Survive A Serious Life Crisis

This is my story. I’m sharing it with you hoping it will help someone through a desperate crisis in their life. I know you can come through anything because I did it.

For many years I lived a mostly happy life in a small rural town with a wonderful family, living way beyond my means. I have a financial background and should have known the consequences of my actions; I ignored everything I knew. Marital problems cropped up but I ignored them thinking they would eventually go away, especially if I poured enough money into the relationship. Things just got worse and everyone should know you can’t buy love!

Experience The Happiness And Harmony Of Life With A Positive Outlook

Different events of life when interpreted by our programmed mind as threatening, fearful or unpleasant, it sends message like anxiety and tension to our sensory nerve cells and when such experiences become chronic then the normal state of our mind and body gradually start withering giving place to a psychosomatic illness. The normal state of our mind and body loses its state of equilibrium. Negative emotional states such as depression, bitterness, fear, anger, hate, envy, jealousy and resentment dominate the mind in such way that there is no room for any clarity. It is our own sense organ that analyzes and evaluates every event that we perceive as something that will protect or endanger our security, self-worth and / or freedom or sometime neutral.

Speak Your Truth

It is difficult for many people to clearly and concisely state their thoughts and feelings. When children first learn to talk, they are often admonished when they state the bare truth about something or someone. That is not nice—you can’t say that to Grandma, Grandpa or Uncle Lu.” Or heaven forbid if the child points out something quite obvious to a neighbor or friend. Thus, a child quickly learns that truth and perceptions are forbidden and hypocrisy and half-truths or white lies is the communication style to emulate.

Grief Does Not Have To Be A Life Sentence - You Are Allowed To Be Happy Again!

As a widowed person, I feel I have a license to say the following. It is not meant to diminish anyone’s grief, but to say in a light way that one is not expected to wear the title of “widowed” around one’s neck like a noose.

There are those who are made to feel they must remain forever “loyal” to a spouse who has passed on. They continue to wear a wedding ring years after the passing. Others refuse to move the spouse’s favorite piece of furniture or leave pictures and other memorabilia in a certain location in the home, because “that’s where it has always been.”

Avoid This One Mistake To Ensure A Prosperous Future

No matter what your personality or profession, creativity plays a very important part in every person’s financial and personal life.

Even if you are not someone like an artist or a musician, it is still vital to your success that you have a constant stream of creative energy.

As an example, let’s say that you are just a run-of-the-mill business man. At first glance, you would think that this profession would be analytical and dull, and therefore would not require too much creativity in order to be successful.

Success - Live At 100%

The easiest way to get dramatic results in your life is to live it at 100%. Doing this will give you tremendous results instantly. Each area that we engage in regularly will witness a big step forward. This is a key for entering the elite 3% of successful people.

Most individuals operate at less than 100%. In fact, the majority of people do not even tap into 50% of their potential effort. They have mastered the term “half assing it”. Their days are spent putting out minimal effort. Ironically, it is these people who wonder why they cannot get anywhere.

How To Identify The Characteristics Of Low Self Esteem

Low self-esteem can occur at any point in a person’s life. Some people who are especially susceptible to such feelings are usually teenagers who are influenced to a large extent by what other people think about them. Other categories of people can be affected by such issues as well such as new mothers who are entering a different phase of their lives that they weren’t really aware of or haven’t experienced before.

If you want to know whether people or anyone close to you is currently suffering from low self-esteem, you can look at any of these signs to determine is the signs are typical of the person in question:

Replicate A Winners Mental Blueprint And Replicate Their Success

If we can replicate the way a winner runs his brain, then we can replicate the way they think and behave, and hence the results they produce. If others can walk on stage and deliver a speech with confidence, so can you.

If others are able to constantly direct their emotions to feel motivated and confident, so can you! If others display highly creative skills, you can do so too.

Remember, they are able to do so because they are running effective mental programs. With the same neurology, you just have to unlock their secrets and run your brain in exactly the same way.

Clutter Creates Chaos

Hi,

I attended a seminar this week where the speaker told the story about one of his clients who was a financial planner. The speaker specialised in sales and marketing and said that on the first day when he met with his new client Harry, he was shown into his office.

The office looked like a demolition site. There were files and paperwork piled up on Harry’s desk, floor and filing cabinets. In fact the speaker said he had to remove another mountain of files from the visitor’s seat before he could sit down. He then went on to say that he told Harry that there was no way they could even consider doing further work until Harry tidied up and got organised.

How To Be A Thinking Person

Why do people not know how to think? Every human on this planet has a brain, therefore they are able to think, yet they don’t. There are a lot of people who do stupid things all the time; you can probably recall a few examples without having to strain your memory.

So why do you think it is that people do not think? Is it because they don’t know how? What is the main factor between thinkers and stupid people? Would you agree that it is those who accept responsibility for their actions are the ones who think?
