United States Elections 18 Year Olds

18 year olds have another realm that opens up for them in the voting arena. Choosing candidates is not quite as easy as deciding which club to belong to in high school and is equal to the task of choosing your college. Insight into your voting abilities in the United States elections.

With so much controversy surrounding the United States Elections, so much media opinion, celebrity endorsement, commercials informing viewers about other commercial lies, story contradictions, and misuse of authority that adults have a difficult time sorting through the rubbish to find the facts. How are 18 year olds going to sort it all out? Even when sorting occurs, the facts generally are just words in the end. Sometimes empty promises, sometimes intentions that later never come to fruition.

Spend Your Anger

Think back to the last time someone made you angry. Maybe it was earlier today, or yesterday. Or a few days back. It probably wasn’t that long ago.

What did they say? What did they do? Remember the circumstances? Get the image in mind. Now, think back to what you DID about the anger.

Does the other person even know you got angry? Did you dump it on them? Or did you bottle it up inside - keeping your mouth shut - and hiding it from view?

How often have you experienced one of the following?

* Things seem to be going okay and then something happens that completely changes how you’re feeling and throws your life into some level of chaos or upset; or,

* You’re in a relatively good mood until something occurs or someone says something that instantly annoys or angers you and the good mood flies out the window.
