If The Little Things Helped The Big Things, Would You Do Them?

I’ve recently discovered that if you do the little things, the bigger things seem to fall into place. What do I mean by that. Well, it’s like this when I meditate good things seem to happen, I feel more relaxed and I seem to only attract positive energy. However when I don’t meditate I can’t seem to go forward and feel like my life is slipping away from me. So, is it the meditation that is helping me or is it more than that?

How To Keep Your Resolutions And Reach Your Goals

Another year has flown by and here you are at the beginning of another year. This is a time when many people assess their life and make “new year resolutions” or set goals for the New Year. Sometimes they are the exact same resolutions as last year!! Did you make some of these?

I will:

* Lose weight, get into shape, and exercise more
* Spend more time with my family
* Stress less & relax more
* Get more sleep

Creative Visualization - Some Techniques That Really Work - Or How To Make Them Work

The past few weeks had seen me occupying myself with other commitments apart from my website. I had been working on creating and launching my viral marketing software product by promoting it on several internet marketing forums, purchasing leads, distributing articles and approaching editors of internet marketing newsletters.

I confess I had not done any conscious or ’serious’ goal setting or even any visualising at all to help me in this effort, but I have achieved a significant measure of success in this after all.

There Is Only One Reality

Death and taxes are not the only guarantees in life: Reality counts
as well. Reality is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Deny reality, and you will soon discover that life is a game of truth
or consequences.

Facts are facts…perceptions are perceptions. Each is powerful…each
serves a purpose. But you MUST know the difference. True honesty,
self-respect, and character are built on reality…not on perceptions.

For those who believe that perception is more important than reality, I
suggest you speak to the shareholders of Enron and ask them their
opinion.
