How to Live Life to the Fullest

My brother passed away unexpectedly and my life stopped. I was trying to make sense of such a tragedy. Why did this happen?

When my brother passed away unexpectedly?my life stopped. I was really only trying to make sense of such a tragedy. How could this happen? I wanted to be with my family as much as possible?to share in our memories and in our grief. However, today, I started back. I started thinking I need to get back to all the good self-care things I had been doing before this happened. My diet and exercise program was excellent and I was feeling light, balanced, and optimistic about my life and my health. Even though I’ve always been active, my motivation to become much more consistent and committed to my exercise was prompted by my oldest brother Hank’s heart attack at the end of May.

Consistency is The Key To Fitness

The key to fitness is consistency. If you don’t give up and keep going week after week, and month after month, you will get fitter.

The key to fitness is consistency. This simple statement means that the more you do of something the more improvements you will make. Another great about doing something on a regular basis is that it eventually becomes a habit.

If your goal to become fitter, don’t think that exercising on a few odd days a week is going to get you to your goal. What you need is a written down plan, everthing that has succeeded has done so by a plan being followed, fitness is no exception.

Bodybuilding for Athletes

Use these tips to make your bodybuilding program more athletic.

If you have been training to gain muscle mass for awhile you may find yourself getting bored with the monotony of training.  The basic fact is that training in a gym with heavy weights several times per week can take its toll on your motivation.

To avoid this issue it is important to go back to the root of why so many of us began training in the first place: to enhance your athleticism.  Sure you’ve always wanted to look great, but performing great is also a part of the picture.

Success - Live At 100%

The easiest way to get dramatic results in your life is to live it at 100%. Doing this will give you tremendous results instantly. Each area that we engage in regularly will witness a big step forward. This is a key for entering the elite 3% of successful people.

Most individuals operate at less than 100%. In fact, the majority of people do not even tap into 50% of their potential effort. They have mastered the term “half assing it”. Their days are spent putting out minimal effort. Ironically, it is these people who wonder why they cannot get anywhere.

Replicate A Winners Mental Blueprint And Replicate Their Success

If we can replicate the way a winner runs his brain, then we can replicate the way they think and behave, and hence the results they produce. If others can walk on stage and deliver a speech with confidence, so can you.

If others are able to constantly direct their emotions to feel motivated and confident, so can you! If others display highly creative skills, you can do so too.

Remember, they are able to do so because they are running effective mental programs. With the same neurology, you just have to unlock their secrets and run your brain in exactly the same way.

The Importance Of Communication In The Work Place

In this article, I am going to be writing about the importance of communication between management and their staff, in the workplace. A lack of communication, or even worse no communication, can create a large amount of frustration within the employees. This can lead to a lowering of morale and ultimately productivity.

When reading a job advertisement which mentioned a requirement for excellent communication skills, I never really knew what it really meant. I actually thought that they would be looking for someone who was able to speak extremely fluently with a confidence voice. As a person who had suffered with a stuttering problem for eighteen years of my life this was something that I certainly did not have, well not until the age of twenty-two at least.

Move Away From The Biblical Revelation Of Creation, And Moral And Ethical Dilemmas Result (via Cobweb/3.1 Planetlab2.netlab.uky.edu)

Move Away From the Biblical Revelation of Creation, and Moral and Ethical Dilemmas Result
By Sandy Shaw

When we read and study the biblical teaching of Creation, in Genesis Chapter 1, we see the wonderful unity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They are each present - they are so united - they agree. They are so united that a singular verb can be used.

What human author would ever think of writing like that? No man would! It is ‘bad’ English, bad grammar, but superb and excellent theology.

From the beginning we learn that everything God created and made was good.

The Ladder To Success

It is the privilege of man to achieve all round greatness, and in reality success should be one’s habit. Man is essentially perfect, and therefore infinite are the possibilities that lie dormant in him.

In order to bring out the very best from within, a life organized and perfectly disciplined for the discovery of the potentialities that lie lurking within us, is a life well spent.

The vital point is not how many talents each on of us has, but the importance should be focused on how much of our existing talents, attributes and capabilities are we prepared to develop, exploit, explore and implement in our daily lives.
