Success - Live At 100%

The easiest way to get dramatic results in your life is to live it at 100%. Doing this will give you tremendous results instantly. Each area that we engage in regularly will witness a big step forward. This is a key for entering the elite 3% of successful people.

Most individuals operate at less than 100%. In fact, the majority of people do not even tap into 50% of their potential effort. They have mastered the term “half assing it”. Their days are spent putting out minimal effort. Ironically, it is these people who wonder why they cannot get anywhere.

Clutter Creates Chaos

Hi,

I attended a seminar this week where the speaker told the story about one of his clients who was a financial planner. The speaker specialised in sales and marketing and said that on the first day when he met with his new client Harry, he was shown into his office.

The office looked like a demolition site. There were files and paperwork piled up on Harry’s desk, floor and filing cabinets. In fact the speaker said he had to remove another mountain of files from the visitor’s seat before he could sit down. He then went on to say that he told Harry that there was no way they could even consider doing further work until Harry tidied up and got organised.

Is It Possible To Do Submission Grappling Without Getting Injured?

Is it possible to be a grappler and train injury free? By some reactions that I’ve received in the past, many tend to think that grappling “injury-free” is very possible. Some grapplers like to believe that most injuries could be avoided if training partners were more considerate and less competitive while training.

Thinking Outside The Box - Access Collective Genius

My wife had a pretty little turquoise and silver bracelet. After wearing it one day she discovered she couldn’t get it off. It was stuck and the clasp wouldn’t budge. Calling on my vast experience as a fixer of broken things, she asked me to unstick it. I failed. She wore it to bed that night. She didn’t sleep well - the bracelet was just tight enough to be irritating. The next morning she declared it had to come off. We looked at it - we both tried to get the clasp to work - to no avail. It wasn’t so valuable that we should take it to a jeweler. That damned clasp just wouldn’t move. We ended up cutting it off with a bolt cutters. And as soon as we did, the part of the bracelet that we thought was the hinge fell off - and we discovered we had been trying to open the wrong end of the clasp!

How To Write For Children

Many ideas about writing for children are false. Let’s approach the perspective of false ideas (not-to-dos) that keep circulating. Here are fourteen not-to-dos with suggestions for what-to-do.

1. Never write “cutesy.” You are writing for children who are more clever, discerning, and shrewd than most adults were when children. Television, computers, and Internet have opened the world to today’s children. Cutesy will not interest them. They want and deserve substance and excellent writing.

Only The Rich Get Opportunities

Whenever I talk to people on the street, in conference rooms, on the phone and in many other situations one of the major themes I hear from them is the belief they have which says that only the rich get the opportunities out there. Most of them who hold this belief find all the reasons why they believe what they believe, they come up with things like family contacts, being smarter, being born into the right community, and even the rich’s ability to use the opportunities that come their way because they have the financial backing.

The Different Dynamics In The Practice Of Aikido

The dynamics of Aikido leaves no room for definite styles and techniques when practicing the martial art. When Aikido was developed by Morihei Ueshiba many students sought to learn from his training in the art of Aikido

On the completion of their training the teacher encouraged all his students to open their own dojos and centers of learning so they could spread the study of his martial art. Other than simply encouraging them to start their own dojos, he also encouraged them to apply flexibility and add their own principles to the study of Aikido. This was all as long as the adhered to the basic tenets of refraining from the use of force when fighting.

She sent me to my room without dinner but somehow I convinced her to let me give it one more shot.

The Ladder To Success

It is the privilege of man to achieve all round greatness, and in reality success should be one’s habit. Man is essentially perfect, and therefore infinite are the possibilities that lie dormant in him.

In order to bring out the very best from within, a life organized and perfectly disciplined for the discovery of the potentialities that lie lurking within us, is a life well spent.

The vital point is not how many talents each on of us has, but the importance should be focused on how much of our existing talents, attributes and capabilities are we prepared to develop, exploit, explore and implement in our daily lives.
