Fat Burning Training You Should Be Doing

Columbus Bootcamp instructor, Jason Yun, gives a detailed explanation on why you should be doing interval training in your workouts for maximum fat burning.

I’m going to talk about one of the best ways to burn fat and shape your body into what you want.

The form of training I am talking about is interval training. Interval training comes in many forms, but the easiest way to describe it would be high intensity exercise performed for a certain amount of time or reps, followed by less intensity or complete rest for a certain amount of time or reps.

Overtrain Your Body and Burnout Will Sap Your Strength

Bodybuilding for Athletes

Use these tips to make your bodybuilding program more athletic.

If you have been training to gain muscle mass for awhile you may find yourself getting bored with the monotony of training.  The basic fact is that training in a gym with heavy weights several times per week can take its toll on your motivation.

To avoid this issue it is important to go back to the root of why so many of us began training in the first place: to enhance your athleticism.  Sure you’ve always wanted to look great, but performing great is also a part of the picture.

Boxing Training Offers Great Opportunities For Aerobic Work Outs

Boxing training offers great opportunities for aerobic work outs and body fat control and offers a more enjoyable training regime than jogging or simply working out in a gym.

As well as offering great defensive training, boxing, mixed martial arts, boxing kung fu and so on offer great opportunities for aerobic work outs.

Boxing and marital arts offer superb body co-ordination and evasion training as you have to practice moving your body so as not to get hit just as much as you seek to hit your target. Because of this aerobic factor, boxing, for example, has moved beyond the youth boxing clubs and is now a more common feature of some health clubs.
